Crossways? The who, what, where, when, and WHY?

Who are we?
Crossways is a student ministry of Family Bible Church meant for any Jr. High or High School student that wants to learn about God, gain encouragement from others, grow in faith and maturity in a their walk with Christ, and have FUN!

What do we believe?
We believe that the Bible is the Word of God and as 2 Timothy 3:16 says "All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness..." We believe that for salvation from sins you must:
a) admit you are a sinner
b) believe that Jesus Christ is Lord and that he came to earth to die on the cross for our sins, that he rose again on the third day acording to the scriptures! (1 Corinthians 15:3-4)
c) Confess your sins to God and follow Him... (1 John 1:9)
At that point God grants eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord to all that truly want to follow Him... (Ephesians 2:8-9)

Where and when do we meet?
We meet at Family Bible Church on Sundays @ 9:00 A.M. for Sunday school and 10:30 A.M. for Church service. (Which in itself meets at Hancock Elementary School... for directions go to www.familybiblechurchaz.org) and during the week we meet onThursday nights @ 6:00 P.M. for dinner and 7:00 P.M. for discipleship @ the Foley's House for more information call (480) 940-1840

Ok, so I get all that but, WHY?
Because we are committed to the ways of the C.R.O.S.S.
Now let me clue you in on what that is:

C-Connect with fellow believers!

R-Reach out to others!

O-Offer what we have to God! (i.e. time, talent, treasure, etc.)

S-Strengthen our walk with God!

S-Serve the Lord with all we have!
